About Us

Our mission is to provide resources and information for multi-cultural entrepreneurs, as well as create opportunities to build a connected and resilient community of entrepreneurs. We aim to develop networks and resources that are accessible and supportive to multi-cultural entrepreneurs. 

We understand multiculturalism in entrepreneurship as the view that diverse cultures, races, and ethnicities, particularly those of marginalized groups, deserve special acknowledgment of their differences within a dominant business culture. This includes minority, underrepresented, and resource- constrained entrepreneurship. 

Our vision is for this space to be a hub for multi-cultural entrepreneurship in San Diego County, a central space that provides resources, information, events, and training for entrepreneurs.

We do that by:  

 

 

• Providing resources for multi-cultural entrepreneurs  

• Conducting research on multi-cultural entrepreneurs to provide tools and strategies for them to be successful  

• Creating teaching materials tailored for multicultural students, as well as highlighting multi-cultural entrepreneurs  

• Promoting events in the San Diego area that could help multi-cultural entrepreneurs  

• Organizing network events to build community  

• Providing training for multi-cultural entrepreneurs
